Website Design

A website built like a bid package — not a brochure.

Overview

Your website is the first thing a developer, owner's rep, or GC looks at before they add you to a bid list. If it loads slow, hides your project list, or reads like a residential remodeler's site, you're cut before the phone rings.

We build sites that behave like a qualification package — fast, well-organized, honest about scope, and easy for a procurement team to skim in under two minutes.

What's included

Everything below is scoped, delivered, and reported against real pursuit outcomes — never busywork.

Pursuit-focused architecture

Pages organized around trades, markets served, and past projects — the exact information a developer or owner's rep is checking before an ITB.

Portfolio built like an SOQ

Every project page includes owner, GC, size, duration, scope, and photography.

It doubles as a leave-behind on active pursuits.

Core Web Vitals + accessibility

Sub-2-second loads, WCAG-friendly contrast, and clean semantic HTML — Google and procurement teams both take you seriously.

CMS your coordinator can actually run

Add projects, team, and news without touching a developer.

One 60-minute training session and your team owns it.

How it runs

A tight four-phase process. You always know what's shipping, when, and why.

01

Discovery (Week 1)

Interviews with leadership, BD, and PMs to map your markets, differentiators, and how pursuits actually move through your shop.

02

Prototype (Week 2–3)

Working browser prototype in 10 business days — not a 30-page strategy deck.

You click through it and react to real screens.

03

Build (Week 4–8)

Custom build on a modern edge stack.

We test on jobsite conditions — LTE, gloves, sunlight, and older devices your field team actually uses.

04

Launch + train (Week 9)

DNS cutover, analytics wiring, and hands-on CMS training.

You own the site the day it launches, not 90 days later.

Outcomes you can measure

Higher-quality ITBs from developers and GCs who already trust you before the intro call

Faster prequalification with owner's reps and program managers

Recruiting lift — the best supers and PMs check the website before they interview

Built for commercial, not consumer

Selling to commercial contractors is a different game than B2C marketing. These buyers are relationship-driven and ROI-obsessed.

They hate wasted meetings and won't sit through a 30-page strategy deck. We move at your pace and show real work early.

Every recommendation is scoped against a real pursuit — an ITB, a bid list, or an account you're actively chasing. Nothing gets built for vanity.

You'll see results tied to pipeline, not clicks. Reporting rolls up to bids won, projects awarded, and revenue booked.

FAQs

How long does a website project take?

8–12 weeks for a mid-sized commercial contractor site. Timeline depends mostly on how fast you can get us portfolio content and how deep the project archive is.

Do you host the site?

Yes. 99% uptime, daily backups, SSL, and monitoring — included in a flat monthly fee.

You own the domain and the code.

What if we already have a decent site?

We'll say so. If your current site is 80% of the way there, we scope a targeted refresh (portfolio, speed, SEO structure) instead of a full rebuild.

Do you only work with commercial contractors?

Yes. Every engagement is with a commercial GC, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, roofing, concrete, or specialty firm.

We don't split focus with residential remodelers or retail service work — the buying cycles are too different.

What does an engagement actually cost?

Most engagements run $2,500–$12,000 per month depending on scope. We scope against your revenue, pursuit volume, and target markets — never a template price.

You get a fixed monthly number, month-to-month, no long contracts.

How fast do we see results?

Speed matters as much to us as it does to you. Most services show measurable movement inside 30–60 days — not the 6-month runway a big agency will quote you.

We prototype and ship, then iterate against what the numbers say.

How do you handle our data and client info?

US-based team, signed NDAs on day one, scoped systems access, and audit logs on anything financial or client-sensitive. We work under your MSA if you have one.
